These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through Thermal CozyRobe at thermalcozyrobe.com.
By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms of Sale before completing the purchase.

Thermal CozyRobe makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and information are accurate. However, slight differences in color or appearance may occur depending on screen settings, lighting conditions or manufacturing variations.
Products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and an appropriate solution will be offered.
Prices
Prices displayed for the Canadian market are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping charges, discounts, taxes and any other applicable amounts are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.
Thermal CozyRobe reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price charged for an order is the price displayed at the time the customer completes the purchase, subject to the correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.
Orders
The customer is responsible for verifying the contents of the cart, shipping information and payment details before confirming the order.
After an order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Thermal CozyRobe reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or clearly inaccurate customer information.
If a paid order is cancelled by Thermal CozyRobe, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Payment
Payment is completed securely using the payment methods made available during checkout.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer's location, device and eligibility.
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully authorized by the relevant payment provider.
Promotions and Bundle Offers
Thermal CozyRobe may offer promotional prices, bundle discounts, limited-time offers or free shipping promotions.
Each promotion may be subject to specific conditions displayed on the website or during checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined. Discount amounts and applicable conditions are displayed before payment.
Shipping
Thermal CozyRobe primarily serves customers across Canada. Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Current shipping options may include:
- Standard Shipping: $7.99 CAD — estimated delivery within 5–9 business days.
- Express Shipping: $14.99 CAD — estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.
- Free Express Shipping on qualifying orders over $100 CAD.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, public holidays, remote destinations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Information
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
If an address correction is required, the customer should contact Thermal CozyRobe as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, complete and in their original condition.
Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after the return request has been reviewed and approved.

Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are normally processed within a maximum of 14 days following receipt and verification of the returned item, excluding any additional processing time required by the customer's bank or payment provider.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the product ordered, the customer should contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
The request should include the order number and, where applicable, photographs showing the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, Thermal CozyRobe may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.
Order Cancellation
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has already entered the fulfillment or shipping process. If cancellation is no longer possible, the customer may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order and to use purchased products in accordance with their intended use and any instructions supplied with the product.
